National Youth Day 2026: Konampatti

On January 12, 2026, Ramakrishna Math, Konampatti, celebrated National Youth Day by honoring students for their participation and achievements in various cultural and literary competitions. These contests, which focused on the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda, saw the participation of approximately 90 students.

The celebrations were graced by Srimat Swami Atmaghananandaji Maharaj as the Chief Guest, alongside two local school correspondents who attended as Special Guests. The morning’s events commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag and the singing of the National Anthem, followed by a series of recitations, speeches, and demonstrations of traditional “heroic sports.”

To encourage the youth, all participants and winners were presented with certificates, photographs of Swamiji, and inspirational literature. Furthermore, the participating schools, along with their dedicated teachers and volunteers, were honored with complimentary books and photographs in recognition of their support.
